“Anybody can make something complicated.
It takes a genius to make it simple yet comprehensive”
I was born and raised in Garden Grove, California. It felt like a small town in the middle of Orange County. I loved it as a kid because we were minutes from the beach and close enough to Big Bear that we could take day trips to go snowboarding.
My dad’s work ethic has been one of the most valuable life lessons I’ve learned. He coached most of my baseball teams when I was a kid and he always pushed me to work hard and be on time.
In my time here at TEE I have learned how to better manage my time. Traditionally I like to think very deeply about everything that I do, but that led to some inefficiencies. I’m gradually becoming a more efficient person in general.
I’m most proud of my range of experience within the electrical industry. I’ve been fortunate enough to have also worked as an electrician, in lighting and lighting controls sales, as an energy auditor for existing buildings, as a project manager on the contractor side, and now as a designer and project manager on the engineering side. I love that at TEE, I’ve gained experience in a wide variety of design disciplines, from power and lighting to fire alarm and telecom.
