WHAT TEE CAN PROVIDE RELATED TO Design-Build DESIGN

The design-build market originated as a way to deliver a project on budget, on schedule and with a higher level of collaboration. That said, many in the design industry pushed back on the process in the early days of design-build. It seemed that some saw the process of inviting the construction professionals into the design world as an overstep into their space. The Engineering Enterprise has embraced the design-build approach since its inception. We appreciate and respect the input of our construction industry partners. We have learned that by working together as a team, we can jointly deliver innovative projects on schedule and within budget.

We have participated in design-build projects on the criteria side, on the design/build side and have spanned the two in some cases. We are members of the Design Build Institute of America (DBIA) and we actively participate in their conferences and seminars. We are regular partners with many electrical contractors in regions throughout California and commonly act as their engineer of record on design-build projects.
