“If you love what you do, you’ll never have to work a day in your life.”
I was drawn to TEE after meeting the team at the Cal Poly Winter Career Fair, where I was immediately impressed by the kindness and thoughtfulness of everyone I met. My interest in electrical engineering began with a mentor who encouraged me to explore the field, and I quickly developed a passion for power systems and the importance of voltage design. At TEE, I’m especially excited to meet new people, work alongside peers, and contribute to projects that align with my interests.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Cal Poly SLO, and graduating from college is one of my proudest accomplishments. I’m the first and only engineer in my family, which makes reaching this milestone especially meaningful. I’m proud of how far I’ve come and excited to see where my career takes me next.
If I could have any superpower, I’d choose teleportation. I’m definitely Team Dog, and one of my favorite snacks is pumpkin or sunflower seeds from Mexico. Drake is my favorite artist, and “Massive” is a song that always gets me pumped up. When it comes to productivity, I keep things simple I get started and take it from there, occasionally adding some music to the mix.
Outside of work, I enjoy walking my dogs, working out, and cooking. I’m especially good at BBQ and enjoy making home-cooked meals. Some of my favorite movies are Interstellar and Heat, while Supernatural is a favorite TV show. I’m a coffee drinker, dream of traveling to Mykonos or Bali, and one of the more adventurous items on my bucket list is swimming with great white sharks, whale sharks, or orcas.
