I was drawn to TEE because it offered the opportunity to experience another side of the AEC industry; while joining a company known for its strong reputation and welcoming culture. From my first meeting, I could feel the emphasis on people, collaboration, and mentorship. I’m excited to learn more about how teams and processes work together and to grow within an organization that values both professional development and relationships.

Before joining TEE, I spent 20 years in the AEC industry I began on the general contractor side, working in marketing and business development for 13 years, and then transitioned into the architectural world, where I focused solely on business development for the past seven years. One accomplishment I’m especially proud of was being invited to serve on the Board of Directors at a previous firm, where I was able to contribute to decisions that shaped the organization’s future.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, working on house projects, caring for my plants, walking the dog, and cooking usually with a glass of wine nearby. I enjoy reading Verity and The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo, and watching shows like Peaky Blinders, Shrinking, and Schitt’s Creek.

I’m a bit old school when it comes to staying organized I print documents, highlight key points, and rely on Post-it notes and handwritten lists to stay on track. I played varsity water polo and swam in high school, love anything involving cheese and bread, and can’t resist music by Stevie Nicks.
