SMUD Headquarters Renovation
The Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) Headquarters project consisted of the rehabilitation and renovation of the existing 146,000 square foot SMUD Headquarters building that has been in use by SMUD for the past 60 years. The existing building was gutted and rebuilt from the ground up, including a new 14,000 square foot addition. The Engineering Enterprise supported Dreyfuss & Blackford with the renovation including the design of new electrical, lighting, and low voltage systems throughout.
