Grand Theater Center for the Arts

The project consisted of the renovation of 37,000 square feet of mixed-use space including the 547-seat Madame Lieutenant Governor Eleni Kounalakis Theatre and a 104-seat Studio Theater. The facility also includes an art gallery as well as arts, ceramics, music, and movement studios. Areas of remodel included the theater, stage, lobby, box office, concessions, studios, green room, costume shop, control room, chorus rooms, offices, loading dock, staging area and equipment rooms.
