923 Folsom incorporates two new residential buildings, a nine-story structure and an adjacent four-story structure connected by a narrow corridor and containing a combined 114 housing units. The ground floor has 1,800 square feet of retail space and the basement includes parking for cars (on stackers) and bicycles.

The Engineering Enterprise also provided 3D BIM Clash Detection services on this project.
