TEE brings in lunch at least twice a week for our employees.
TEE has a Culture Committee that any employee can join to be part of TEE Culture decisions.
TEE’s Culture Committee plans numerous inter-company events and fun challenges to participate in.
TEE employees are encouraged to attend industry events hosted by our design partners, which include golf tournaments, corn hole tournaments, clay pigeon shooting competitions, product demonstrations, construction site visits, tours of completed projects, etc. All employees are welcome to participate.
TEE offers a travel stipend to all employees so they can visit and work from any one of our offices.
TEE provides a wellness stipend to all employees that can be applied to cost of the wellness program of their choice, such as gym membership, martial arts classes, yoga, etc. The goal of this program is to encourage our employees to be active and healthy.
TEE is an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) so every employee is an owner in the company.
