South Lake Tahoe Recreation & Aquatics Center

The project consists of the construction of a new multi generational Recreation & Aquatics Center on a 56-acre site in South Lake Tahoe.

The Recreation and Aquatics Center encompasses 64,000 square feet of space including a 12-foot-deep pool with three-meter diving platform, a lap pool, and a lazy river. There will also be a party room adjacent to the pools available for rentals as well as a large, commercial kitchen.

The center also includes a climbing wall in the main lobby, a fitness studio, a craft room, a weight and workout room, an indoor track, multi-court gymnasium, viewing areas and spectator seating, bike racks, and locker rooms. There is also an event room with outside space accessed through sliding panel doors.
