Sacramento State WELL Building Renovation and Expansion

The project consists of the renovation and expansion of the existing WELL building on the California State University, Sacramento campus. The expansion provided 18,000 square feet of new area and 19,000 square feet of renovated area for fitness related activities and 11,000 square feet of new area and 7,000 square feet of renovated area for the WELL Health Center.
